2023 AGM, Conference & Trade Show – Clarion Hotel • Abbotsford BC • October 13-15, 2023
As part of our event, we will be hosting a trade show to feature trades, industry specialists and associated organizations.
TRADE SHOW TABLE/AREA: $600.00
Our Trade Show will be held in the lobby outside the main conference rooms at the Clarion. They will be approximately 10′ x 10′ and will Include a 6′ skirted table, and 110 power if needed.
SCHEDULE:
Set-up will be during the day on Friday, October 13th starting at 8:00 am. The trade show will be opened at 6:00 pm Friday as part of our social event.
Set-up: Friday, October 13th – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Trade show open: Friday, October 13 – 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturday, October 14 – 8:00 to 5:00 pm & Sunday, October 15 – 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Strike: Sunday, October 15th – 3:00 to 5:00 pm
We will advertise each vendor with a logo on the Trade Show page in the printed program, & a slide in the pre-show. Vendors will receive lunches and coffee breaks – Saturday & Sunday.
